Power Trak HD™

How Does Power Trak™ work?

By extending the fork tubes and changing the angle of the triple clamps, we have reduced the trial which creates "easy steering without oversteering".

Power Trak Key Features:

8° triple clamps provide excellent steering responsiveness

Triple clamps are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum

Steering stem is CNC machined from 1045 TG&P solid steel

New tapered roller bearing for lower triple clamp

What makes the Power Trak HD™ uniquely superior?

Dimensions of the lower triple clamp have been significantly increased, providing greater strength than the OEM cast steel lower clamp

No fork tube replacement necessary. Locations have been optimized for the Daytona trike ride height

Extended length fork caps increase the load-installed height of the spring to keep the front end from sagging due to added forward weight bias of a trike

Chrome Wheel Well Trim

Genuine chrome fender trim "eyebrows", custom tailored to the Daytona trike body. The quality is the same as that of high end import autos such as BMW and Mercedes. They're set in rubber molding for an unparalleled accent feature.

Electric Reverse Gear – Belt Driven

Requires NO modification to the OEM engine or transmission
Belt-driven off of our CSC drivetrain by a purpose-built electric gear motor
Utilizes the CSC gear reduction to minimize power from electric motor
Option comes installed on the kit from the factory, so there is virtually no extra installation time

Ground Effects

Superbly styled to complement the Daytona trike conversion, our Ground Effects do not decrease ground clearance of the rig. They come complete with turn-signal activated cornering lights, rubber foot recess protectors and logo plaques.

Light Bar w/ Kuryakyn LED Lights

Custom fiberglass light bar with 8 Kuryakyn LED lights increases visibility to other drivers and looks cool doing it. Also available with chrome grill accents (shown) for the LED lights.

Performance Brake Upgrade

Super-charge the braking performance and give your Daytona trike kit a slick custom look. A nickel plated, drilled rotor helps promote faster cooling of the rotor surface and increase braking efficiency. Our purpose built caliper is CNC machined, red-anodized, and engraved with "California Sidecar” and “Daytona”, providing a super-sharp accent to an already artful design.

Preloader

California Sidecar offers a Preloader for Trike kits for motorcycles that do not come equipped with their own. This feature is used to compensate for any additional weight load allowing proper ride height and wheel clearance. This is accomplished via a hydraulic piston that compresses the suspension spring to adjust tension. It does not affect ride quality.

StoneGuard Fender Kit

Protect the paint finish on the leading edge of your trike's fenders against rock chips and passenger heel scuff marks with a custom-cut four piece kit of 80 mil clear urethane film. When applied at our factory, the kit comes with StoneGuard's 3-year limited warranty covering the repair of the trike's finish in the protected areas.

Storage Cover

Protect your expensive paint and finish from the ravages of blowing sand, extreme sun as well as dust and dirt with CSC’s UV treated, nylon protective storage covers.

Suspension Preloader

Air activated shock spring preloader allows for adjustable spring preload to accommodate varying rider, passenger and gear weights

Trailer Hitch Kit

California Sidecar Trike engineered this trailer hitch to be completely invisible when the receiver tongue is not installed. Solid steel plate construction, zinc-plated and attached with Grade 8 fasteners. Comes complete with chrome receiver tongue, D.O.T. certified 1-7/8" ball, hitch pin with safety clip and rings for safety chain attachment. (Ball height is 13")

Trunk Cap & Storage Compartment

This feature provides an extra .6 cu ft of lockable storage space while adding a custom-finished look to the area behind the passenger seat. Available for all models. Applies to Road King models only.
